The HM Productions Story os far

HM Productions originated in 2007 as Hylands Media later evolving into Hylands In-Car Cameras providing onboard filming services for Irish and British rallying. Expanding into the music industry in early 2009 with music videos for local Northern Ireland based acts and Thin Lizzy frontman Ricky Warwick for two tracks from his 2009 solo album Belfast Confetti.

2009 was also an important year in motorsport for Hylands In-Car Cameras providing onboard filming services to Eugene Donnelly in the Skoda Fabia WRC who took his 5th Irish Tarmac Rally Championship, onboard filming services for the BBC Scotland television coverage of the Colin McRae Forest Stages Rally filming with WRC star Ken Block, 2009 IRC Champion Kris Meeke in his championship winning Peugeot 207 S2000, rally legend and former british rally champions Jimmy McRae in the Ford Sierra Cosworth and Mark Higgins in the 1995 Carlos Sainz Subaru Impreza 555.

Switching from four to two wheels with the 2009 Armoy Road Races, providing onboard filming services as well custom track side kerb camera systems for the inaugural events DVD coverage.

In 2011 HM Productions embarked on an exciting new music video project with australian blues artist Owen Campbell who at the time was an unsigned busker traveling the world. In early 2012 Campbell became internationally renowned for his appearance on the TV series Australia's Got Talent. His single "Sun Shine Road" spent two week at number 1 on the australian blues charts with the music for the track hitting over 1 million views within in a few months of release. (2.8 million as of July 2020)
